Blocqer is the first free, Dutch-first DNS blocking service against scams, fraud, fake webshops and subscription traps. We publish a blocklist that your DNS filter (Blocky, Pi-hole or AdGuard Home) fetches automatically, so malicious domains no longer load on your network.
Anyone can look up and report a suspicious website or phone number. Every report is reviewed by a person before anything is blocked, and every block can be appealed. Together we build a safer internet.

No - DNS cannot block phone numbers. You can look a number up to see if it's known for fraud, and report numbers.
Look it up and click “Block”, optionally with a short note. The report gets the status “under investigation”; a moderator sets the final status.
Every report is reviewed by a human before anything is blocked. Reports alone are never enough.
For a blocked site you can request removal via the form on the result page. A human reviews it.
We keep no IP addresses: a reporter is stored as a non-reversible hash. This is not legal advice.
